This is not a discount program. It is a long-term investment in your skin.
Important Details:
- Memberships are designed around quarterly treatment cycles
- Benefits must be used within each designated timeframe
- 12-month commitment required
- Filler benefit (Elite tier) becomes available after 6 months of active membership
- Substitute for an Advanced laser in exchange for a filler in Elite Tier is available
- Upgrade for a higher tier is available for a fee of the difference of used services
- Memberships are non-transferable
- Additional treatments outside of membership are offered at preferred member pricing

CANCELLATION AND POLICIES OF MEMBERSHIPS
Cancellation fees apply with early discontinuation of membership.
By accepting this agreement you agree to the following terms:
Membership requires a minimum 12-month commitment totaling $5988 FOR ELITE, $3300 FOR RESERVE, $2100 FOR CORE . A payment of $499 FOR ELITE, $275 FOR RESERVE, OR $175 FOR CORE will be charged upon enrollment and each month to the credit card on file processed on the 1st of each month.
Membership may be cancelled after the initial 12-month term with 30-days’ written notice and will otherwise continue on a month to month basis until cancelled.
Membership fees are non-refundable. Early cancellation prior to completion of the 12-month term will require payment of any services received at full retail value.
Included services are intended to be used once per quarter( every 3 months ) and do not roll over. Unused benefits will be forfeited.
Appointments associated with membership services are subject to our cancellation policy. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of that service.
Failed credit card payments require resolution within 7-days to maintain active membership status.
A valid credit card on file is required for all members
